Foodporn: Another visit to Sufood!

Hey guys :) so I'm back today with another visit to Sufood just a few days back.
Sufood is a restaurant that offer many option for vegetarians and non vegetarians. It's been in the buzz because when they first opened there were many vegetarians that were raving about this place.
So here's the menu
This was the set lunch we got
Here's the food!
Appetisers
If you've read my previous blog post about Sufood, I don't like the appetisers so I gave them to someone else instead. And for those who don't know, I've got very particular tastebuds and this wasn't working too well.
Here's the salad we got (Caesar)
Tasted really good! They gave just enough sauce, not too much which is good because Caesar salad sauce is not really very healthy.
Here's the pumpkin soup - I definitely recommend it for its consistency.
This is another item that I really like - the French Onion Soup. I think it tastes really really nice and salty, and the consistency is not that bad.
Drinks~ I got the tropical juice (it was watermelon juice as it turns out), and the other two drinks are teas I believe?
More drinks ~

And here are the mains!
Okay so I ordered the star-shaped pizza but had the wasabi Mayo separated as I don't like it very much haha. This tastes really good! They've got cream cheese filling in the crusts and have a lovely base for the pizza.
This was recommended by our relatives - I believe it's a macaroni and cheese. The sauce is actually nice and light, and I really loved how the vegetables complement the dish.
Here's the squid ink pasta! We've had this before, and the only thing I don't like is that the noodles are pasta but really just black coloured Chinese handmade noodles (kinda like banmian but not as good because there's no soup)

It doesn't taste bad, I just don't really like to mix western and Chinese cuisine in this manner.

Dessert time ;)
This is the sesame Panna cotta - a classic. However, I gag very easily on the Panna cotta so I ordered the ice cream instead!
Here's what it looks like ~

Pouring hot chocolate sauce on it :)
Alright so I don't know if you guys see this but the chocolate actually solidifies on contact with the ice cream! It becomes this awesome rock solid layer (so be smart and don't cover the whole surface area with chocolate or you'll be playing a little game of mine the chocolate by whacking it with a hard spoon)
This is a super cool dessert in my opinion, and it really wraps up the meal for you.

Alright so that's all!

I hope you enjoy this post ;)

Thanks for reading and till next time!

Love,
Khione
