November + December favourites

Hey guys!

Sorry about the hiatus, I have been quite busy these few days (outings, preparing for back to school etc.) I am back now so I hope that counts!

Here to share my November + December favourites, mostly fall/winter wear since I was overseas for a large part of it.

1. Topshop x Jac Vanek Jacket
Seriously can't stress enough how dope this jacket is. Army is always in every fall and winter in the recent years, and this jacket just brings that whole new level to your classic run of the mill army greens.

2. Topshop Moto ripped jeans
I don't think these are available anymore. These are my Topshop jeans which I purchased back in June. They were a bomb to buy, but it was just such a classic pair of jeans. It's actually pretty nice to wear in SG weather as well because of the tips (slightly more cooling). I would only wear if I knew I was going to an air conditioned place though because it still can get a bit stuffy.

3. Brandy Melville 3D Alien Pullover
This sweater is everything. It's cropped so it goes super well with Highwaisted jeans. They've kept me completely cool in 10 Degrees Celsius weather in Japan. It's super great as they're just the right kind of thickness to ensure you aren't sweating away but also not cold to the point of a flu. Love.

4. American Apparel Tennis Skirt, True Blood
This skirt was such a great buy!

I found myself gravitating to it this month. Must be the fall / winter vibes bringing in my love for burgundy but oh my goodness I just love this colour! The fact that it's super Highwaisted is also another bonus because I can wear a lot of crop tops comfortably :)

5. Zara Trafaluc Wool Beanie
This is actually on sale at Zara now! I wore this in Japan nearly everyday. It gets quite painful when the wind blows on your ears for too long as the cold really gets to you and you get this weird pain in the ears after they turn red. This beanie covered my ears really nice (also I could cover any bad messy hairs on top). Love how functional it is. The White also stood out more since we tend to wear darker colours in cold climates.

6. Missguided Lace Up Bodysuit

I think a lot of people look at this and think that it's like super crazy exposed or something but if you wear it with a tube top it really doesn't show that much. It looks really cute paired with the proper shorts (especially highwaisted ones). Only issue is the buttons at the bottom (for people to go toilet yknow) can get a little abrasive since it's a very sharp cut square plastic button and when unadjusted can leave you in slight pain. Other than that I love the sleek look this bodysuit gives. Although personally not a huge fan of bodysuits and probably only keeping this one, I still think they're a great fit and because of the kind of fit or gives it really wraps around you perfectly. Lace up bodysuits have been so in this year that, but I think that short sleeved ones tend to be hard to come by. Pick this one up for that perfect summer look ;)

7. Lilac Kanken Mini

Love love love this bag so much. I brought it around Hong Kong and it came in so handy. You could carry a jacket, water bottle and even some small snacks in this bag no problem. Absolutely a gem. Sadly I did get a small stain at one corner of the bag. Really gotta be careful about these food stains. :(

Fashion finds

My LOKAI x Susan G Komen bracelet has been a go to this entire holiday season. I got it from a spree on Carousell in the size S.
There are so many LOKAI fakes out there! Please be careful when purchasing these. I had to do quite a bit of research into the authentication process before buying one. I will probably do a post on it soon so keep a lookout for that!

Food

1. Pocky Midi in Strawberry (winter edition)

I ate this a lot when I was in Japan! Bought back a couple boxes too (will upload Japan haul soon). The pocky midi is such a great snack to have around. I've always had a soft spot for this snack but the winter midis are absolutely awesome. You get more of the strawberry all over the biscuit that is chocolate flavoured I believe. Strawberries + chocolate has got to be one of my favourite combinations <3

2. Nakhon Kitchen
We like to have this Thai food restaurant at the Harbourfront area. My sibling actually introduced it to us and we completely fell in love with the food! Everything is so affordable and absolutely delicious. In the picture here I have their Garlic Fried Pork. Thai food flavour is on point here. Will do a full foodporn post on them soon!

3. Ah Poh Kitchen
This restaurant is located at Clementi. They have the best salted egg squid guys! I'll have a complete foodporn post on this as well. We've actually been dining here pretty often since someone recommended it to us. They have really really great food here :) They also own West Coz Cafe at West Coast Plaza, but apparently the best prices are here (think there's no service charge or something). Check this place out if you want to go for that classic Zi char meal.

That's all! We were overseas quite a bit so most of my items are kind of not in / for Singapore. I'll definitely be posting up my Japan trip as well, and a collaboration + haul + foodporn posts once ready. Thanks for reading!

Love,
Khione
