Collaboration with MYGF.my

Hey! I'm back today with these gorgeous pictures I took wearing 2 outfits that were sponsored by MYGF.my, a brand from Malaysia that offers really affordable, yet at the same time effortless and extremely classy clothes.

I'll be reviewing each individual item, giving you guys the links and pricings as well.

Let's jump right in!

The first outfit I'm wearing here is the Cordea Knitted Top in Black and White, as well as the Edlin Trousers in Charcoal Black.

This is outfit was the one I liked the most. I really enjoy the unique print that the knitted top has and it's just such a versatile top which you can dress up and down. Pair it up with shorts and sneakers (and true to my style, a bomber jacket), and you've that perfect casual look. And then again, pair it with the perfect simple pencil skirt, perhaps a pair of flats or heels, and you've a great formal look to work with. A great example is actually on their website, where they pair it with one of their skirts:

I do have to state a con is that knitted tops aren't very comfortable for Singapore's hot weather as it is rather thick. Would be a great vacation top though :) Overall however, it's well made and gorgeous.

To review the Charcoal trousers, I'd say they best remind me of those casual tie up jogging pants, but amped up to a whole other level, which has that great structured look, yet still insanely comfortable and soft. I truly appreciated the elasticity of the pants as it really caters to all sizes. Just an FYI, my hat is the UNIF Relics Hat and the boots are UNIF Gosh Boots.

The second outfit is really really fun, and it consists of the Alva Fringe Top in Cotton White, as well as the Noira Skirt in Cloud Grey. Personally I'd split them up into two different outfits but I thought it'd be interesting to try this kind of semi-formal, semi-casual look.

I'll start off with the top. It really gives off these Coachella vibes with the fringe. The fringe isn't your everyday stretchy rope material kind that overstretches after a while, so it's definitely of a higher quality than that. This top fits like a crop top, and thus I think it's better for a casual look, especially with some cute little denim shorts. You can also tuck it in to give off some formal vibes like they did on the website :)

Let's move on to the Noira skirt.

I simply adore this skirt. I love the asymmetrical front, I love how edgy the cut is and it really gives off the illusion of long legs (for petite girls this with heels would be great if you wanna look taller). I think it's super easy to pair this with a basic camisole etc, and you have that perfect office / dinner look ready. It's such a simple, yet statement skirt. The highwaisted fit really brings you in for that perfect hourglass look, and the way the stripes are shown accentuates your body just where you want it. The elastic waist also makes it easy to go on and off, and the stretchy material hugs you well.
